Shipping
- We have been reckoning our brains all last year to see how we can come up with a fairer system of shipping rates to everyone concerned. We hunted high and low for better rates with different shipping services. I think we have come up with a solution. For those of you who do not know we are based in Melbourne but we also ship from other states as we work with different partners in different states, which makes it easier for us in some cases especially bulky items to be shipped out from wherever works out cheaper for item concerned.

Most items listed are usually processed within a day or two that order has been received. Depending where you are situated it can be an overnight delivery or in some areas in Australia up to 10 working days.
- Personalized items, or items made to order can take up to 2 weeks to process depending on volume of work. Will confirm on ordering or inquire before ordering.
Pick up
- Most small items are shipped out from Melbourne. Pick up can be arranged.
- Bulky items you will find that on the actual listing you will be offered options for item to be picked up from a certain state where available.
PS note "ALL PICK UPS", need to be finalized & paid for before pick up can be arranged. Once funds have gone through your orders will be processed and details of where to pick up will be forwarded to you.

PS how do you know how much an item weighs? You will see the weight in each small listing that you purchase.
- FREE SHIPPING combined small items $150 + AUS WIDE
- BULKY ITEMS Quoted Shipping Charge INV will follow

- International Orders
- We do not ship Bulky items internationally
- For smaller items please opt for the following shipping option and it will be automatically calculated "International Post for small items"
Refund policy or replacement of faulty goods
Please choose carefully before ordering or buying.
Items will be replaced if item is found faulty or not as described. If you find something wrong or not as described in listing please keep everything intact and contact us for further instructions. You need to notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Depending on the situation faulty parts will be replaced or if we cannot replace wait for instructions for item to be returned and once received a refund will be given.
