The site automatically calculates shipping charges according to items purchased where you have the option of sending them via regular mail or Express post, unfortunately the registered post cannot be calculated in the set up…so if you want to Register your parcel please advise me, you have 2 options either you add the registered charge to your invoice when paying or else advise me and I will adjust your invoice accordingly… Charges are as follows: I recommend to either sending them by courier or registered mail. This is the only way items can be traced if lost for some reason or another. They can also be insured. If an item is sent through regular mail, and for some reason it is lost I am not responsible once it leaves my studio. Overseas orders are either send by Airmail or Sea mail if available. Airmail approx. 10 days to U.S.A., Canada, Europe—will confirm other destinations. Sea mail approx: 10 to 12 weeks. If an item is not insured and something happens to it in transit once it leaves my studio—We are not held responsible for it. Charges are calculated on weight. On checking out; Postage will be calculated accordingly an option of Pick up, Australia Post Option (regular, express post calculated for within Australia) (airmail & surface calculated for Overseas) will be given.
Returns Please choose carefully before ordering or buying. Items will only be issued returns if item received is not as stated in listing or order submitted. If you receive a damaged item please keep everything intact as received and then you will be guided to put a claim with carrier. Refunds will not be issued just for the sake of changing your mind!!!
